Millersville's Archives & Special Collections is hiring to fill open positions for the Fall 2025 semester. Please see the instructions below specific to each position to apply. You may apply for any open positions but can only be hired for one job with Archives & Special Collections at a time.

A&SC Student Assistant Position

Archives & Special Collections (A&SC) is hiring for Student Assistants for the Fall 2025 semester. This position offers hands-on experience assisting with A&SC projects through collection processing, organization, description, and digitization. This position also offers customer service experience through monitoring the front desk, answering phone calls, and assisting students and patrons that visit A&SC. Any registered MU undergraduate or graduate student is eligible to apply, regardless of degree type, major, or class year.
