To renew library items, visit the Patron Login page and use your library ID number (on the back of your Millersville ID card) and last name to login. The number of renewals that are permitted depends on your borrower type (see the table below). Print journals and reference collection items may only be used inside the library. Items housed in Archives & Special Collections may only be used in the Archives.

* Millersville Community Patrons - A Library Card may be issued to individuals at least 18 years of age with valid picture identification at the Library Main Circulation Desk (annual fee of $25.00). High School students are not eligible. The annual fee is waived for residents of Millersville Borough, principals and superintendents of the Penn Manor School District, Millersville University cooperating teachers, and Lancaster County Historical Society staff and board members. Access to electronic resources is available for in library use only, there is no off-campus access.
** Millersville Affiliates - The following groups are considered Millersville University Affiliates: non emeritus retired faculty or staff; spouses of retired faculty and staff; spouses of current faculty and staff; children (over age 12) of current faculty and staff. To obtain a Library Card for circulation of physical items, affiliates must present picture identification and proof of status at the Main Circulation Desk. Access to electronic resources is available for in library use only, there is no off-campus access.
*** Patrons from Other Selected Institutions - Active students and faculty from institutions with which Millersville University has reciprocal borrowing agreements may borrow materials from the library. Register for borrowing privileges by presenting your institution's ID card at the Main Circulation Desk and a Library Courtesy Card will be issued to you.
