NOTE:  We train new student employees the first four weeks of each semester and we may not be open all the hours listed. 

Fall 2025 Hours:

Sunday: 4-8pm,

Monday: 12-8pm

Tuesday: 2-8pm

Wednesday: 12-8pm

Thursday: 12-8pm

Location: McNairy 112 (next to the elevators)

PRICING 

We offer two sizes.

24"x36" - $10 (standard size for Made in Millersville Posters)

36"x48" - $15

DESIGN

We recommend using PowerPoint to design your poster. Here are two templates to get you started.

PAYMENT

We can take payment by credit or debit card when you come in to pick up your poster. 

PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED 

Is the cost of your poster being covered by a department, conference, or student organization? The chair, conference organizers or student organization advisor must confirm approval by sending an e-mail to digital.learningstudio@millersville.edu

PREPARING YOUR FILE TO BE PRINTED

******   ****IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS***  ******

When you have completed your poster design, select "file" then chose "export"  and chose PDF format from the dropdown menu. This retains your poster size, font, and other design elements. 

Do not use "Print to PDF" to convert your PowerPoint. It will resize the PDF to the incorrect smaller size.

Also avoid using online PDF converters. They often create corrupted files that are problematic to print.*

SUBMITTING YOUR FILE FOR PRINTING

Please complete the Digital Learning Studio Poster Print Request Form to request a poster print.

3D prints are a mediated processes. 

1. You submit your request using the form linked below.
2. We examine the files and determine suitability for printing and estimate the cost. 
3. We contact you with the cost and any questions we have.
4. You reply with your decision to print, or not.

File types: .stl or .obj

Fees: .10 per gram **

**We only require payment for successful prints.

NOTE: If you have multiple files, please submit a separate request for each print.
