Calendars: Home

Calendars to which people may subscribe for events, deadlines, notices, etc. for activities throughout the University.

About Calendar Subscriptions

Please SUBSCRIBE to these calendars as appropriate (do not import like you would a Zoom meeting request).

Subscribing to an .ics file / calendar allows you to efficiently manage your calendar space (Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.) by "layering" calendars together for an overall view of events and activities without having to manage each event individually.  Subscribed calendars also update automatically in your calendar space whenever the calendar owner makes updates, additions, or deletions.  You may turn a subscribed calendar "off / on" in your calendar space as necessary to add / subtract events to clarify your view of your personal activities, conflicts or deadlines as they appear in your calendar.  Events on a subscribed calendar do not reside directly on your personal calendar which makes them easier to manage.

For any of the calendars below, please COPY the link (right click, copy link address) and then SUBSCRIBE to a calendar in your calendar by inserting the link you just copied.

You probably do NOT want to be importing these calendars ... and below explains why.

IMPORT a calendar puts events directly on your personal calendar.

When you 'import' an events calendar (much like you do for a meeting request) you only get the information as it's known at the point in time when you imported the events directly into your calendar space.  You do NOT receive any subsequent updates (location or time adjustments for events, new events, or cancellations of an event, etc. ) to your calendar when you have IMPORTED the event calendar directly into your calendar space.  An imported calendar is like a snapshot in time; a copy that never updates.  Also, if you want to remove those events, you need to do so event by event on your personal calendar which can be time consuming.
