Example : Team members are all aware of and understand the requirements and scope of the project.
2. Commitment to the team's goals
Example : Team members are aware of and understand when and who is responsible for identified goals and deliverables that need to be met on the way to project completion.
3. Clearly defined roles and responsibilities
Example : Team members know who is responsible for and the scope of identified activities.
4. Agreed-upon ground rules
Example : Team members are operating and completing work in a way known to each other.
5. Established decision-making model
Example : Team members know how decisions are derived; by Team captain, by majority, by experience, etc.
6. Commitment to open communication, mutual accountability, appropriate self-evaluation
Example : Team members are communicating and updating the entire team with honest, constructive and transparent updates about schedules and meeting objectives, and identifying and seeking clarification about ambiguities.
