Try out subject searches & keyword searches. If you're using the "default" search option, you're doing keyword searching.

• The subject heading for movies is "motion pictures."
• Subject headings can be subdivided.  For example:  Motion Pictures--United States--History--20th Century

A search might work well in one database, like MLA and not in another database. 

• Keep track of your searches and also of which database you are using so as to not keep duplicating unsuccessful searches.

• Use the tools in the database to keep track of sources. You can download a copy, grab the permanent/persistent/or stable URL or save to Google Drive if you use that tool.

Keep in mind that most books listed here are ebooks. This will allow you to easily search within them.
