There will be discussion of many cases in the scholarly and trade literature in the field of education, which you can research using the Education Research Complete database. Alternatively, there will also be many general and news publications that have published discussions of the cases and their relevant constitutional issues. For this literature, you can use the Academic Search Complete database to find articles. The Newspapers and Magazines Subject Guide has links to the periodical databases that have older coverage than Education Source and Academic Search Complete.
